FlowPoint
Nurture your passion to pioneer.
We succeed by trusting one another.
We’re a small team which means we need people who we can rely on to take on extremely important tasks and own them with confidence. Someone who understands work-life balance and prioritizes it in a way that allows them to answer the call to arms if there is a big emergency on the horizon. In exchange, we give our employees stock options and free certifications so that they feel they’re working for themselves as much as they are for FlowPoint. They get to build things from scratch, make a name for themselves and level up their skills as quickly as they like. What that leads to is a tight-knit culture of people who aren’t afraid to ask for favors, who can communicate candidly, and who help out those in need.
We learn by trying new things together.
The most important part of any business is the people that make it run. At FlowPoint we have a wide variety of employees from all different walks of life and with ranging experiences and careers. We’re very fortunate to have some highly technical veterans in our executive suite who have spent large chunks of their careers building businesses from the ground up. Now they have joined FlowPoint to converge their expertise and share it with younger, career driven individuals. For example, we host company-wide code katas every week where people get a chance to teach, collaborate, learn, and apply new development stacks and coding technologies in a laidback environment. Our goal is to continue strengthening professional and personal bonds between FlowPointers. The mentorship opportunities are limitless.
We’re ahead of the game and plan to stay there.
Disorganization is a nightmare, but it shouldn’t be the norm. We’ve embarked on a mission that is the first of its kind to solve this problem because it’s always been around but never addressed. We are leaders in this space. Instead of throwing spaghetti at the wall and trying to do everything, we specialize in one important area because we’re not searching for purpose, we know exactly who we are. Candidates who join our team get to be part of building a product that has an enormous market demand using only modern development stacks to stay on top of the game. And this is no shot in the dark – our conversations with top finance professionals have made it abundantly clear that compliance is a real problem in the industry. So, when we tell them about what we are doing at FlowPoint, we’re always met with the same question – “why doesn’t this exist already?”
